Q: baqck pain for 3 months !

i have had seveere back pain for 3 months, which came on all of a sudden! simple tests done was firsty diagnosed as a slipped disc...no improvement with physiotherapy, x ray didnt show anything apart from wear and tear! blood tests show anemia and inflammation! now being refered to a rheumatologist! any ideas what this couldbe guys xxx
