Q: Balls growth = penis growth ?

Hi. I just turned 14 and last night I felt my balls and they got a lot bigger. Last I checked was probably like a couple of weeks ago? I am short for my age. I'm only about 5 ft tall. Since my balls apparently got larger, does this mean my penis will grow larger as well?
