I am not sure when it happened but i seem to have this white ball of what seems to be body fat on the outside of my foreskin. There are others around it but very small. I only have one big one. It sticks out of the skin and seems to have blood vessels in it so its not something I can just pull off.

I am still a virgin. What could it be?

I have pictures if it is allowed to be posted of it. It just shows what I am referring to so it does not include nudity.

I'm sorry, lookinfora, but pictures of that nature aren't allowed.

I don't know what it could be.... If you're in pain or discomfort, or if these spots appear to be multiplying, I'd go and see a doctor. There's no shame in that... it's their job to look at your penis and see what's wrong!

Extremely eHealthy
This sounds like a fungal or bacterial infection that occurs due to harsh soaps, inadequate cleansing, diabetes etc. You need to see a doctor and get some topical medication to apply to the area.
