the head of my penis is very sore and it has got a foul smell and stuff that i think is puss coming out of it. ive been on the net and it sounds like balanitis i want 2 no if ther is anything i can do to cure it without goin to a doctor because i am uncomfatable with getting my penis out when it is in such a state
please help me asap

You need to see a doctor. I suggest that you look for a urologist. This is a specialist in penile disorders who is very used to examining the penis. It's very important that you get the correct diagnosis and treatment to prevent the condition from getting worse!
