Q: Baking soda pills ?

Hello everyone this is my first post , im 25 and had gout since i was 24 (no one know pain like us gout sufforers ), i tryed baking soda the second time i had an attack and it seamd to work well how ever i cannot stand the taste of it , i was wondering if i got empty gelatin pills and filled it with baking soda if it woild have the same effect and would it be safe to do so ?

Just take the baking soda in your water, drink another cup of water to wash the taste out. It's only a little salty since you should only be putting around half a teaspoon per cup of water anyways.

I would say that it will have the same effect in pill form but you really want to go through all that trouble?
