I have bags under my eyes.
Im considerably young and have had them my entire life.

I was wondering what procedure would be best to remove them.
Please help.

Sleep
I heard that if you sleep on ur back every night it helps to make your face tighter, since gravity pulls your face down during the day. I also heard that you can massage your temples in a circular motion and right under your eye brows also to move the fluid around in your eyes. I guess they say that puffiness comes from fluid build up. hope it's helpful.
