Currently, there is no medical reason to routinely have the foreskin removed (circumcision). In the US, the American Academy of Pediatrics no longer recommends that baby boys be circumcised at birth. If the parents have religious, or other social reasons to have it done, it will be performed at their request.
Males with foreskins have no higher incidences of problems than men who have been circumcised. They do not get infections at any higher rate. As to sexual intercourse, that is a personal thing. Everyone is different in their sensations and feelings.
If you want to have the foreskin removed, it can be done. You just need to contact an urologist. It is done as an outpatient surgery.
