I shower daily, and soap every part of my anus, but after about five hours, it smells terrible. I've smelled it, and my brother has smelled it, too. It's really embarrassing, and I really don't want to go back to school smelling bad. Does anyone have any tips to keep the smell out? Thank you.

Extremely eHealthy

It is very possible that you are experiencing some degree of fecal leakage and you should be evaluated for the possible cause.
One of the causes for fecal leakage is suffering from constipation and having internal hemorrhoids (inside the rectal canal) that interfere with proper closure of anal opening.

smelly bowels

I am a truck driver,this problem started about 22 months ago when my wife passed away.most times it smells like fish,however when i wash i get a smell of amonia. thanks
