I'm 39 and I have no children.
For the past 4 years just before and just after my period (much worse at the end of my period) I get a bad smelling discharge. It smells like rotting vegetables, its very strong and very embarassing!
Just recently I've had loop treatment for abnormal cervical cells and I'm terrified that I've got cancer and that somehow earlier smear tests missed it.
I'm too scared/embarrased to tell the doctor about this problem.
Please help.

smelling after period

honestly, you have to be straight up with your doctor. however, your pap would pick up on bacteria/ or atypical cells, so you should of had a repeat pap after the loop treatment to determine if the treatment was successful.
