So bad of shoulder pain that im layin on the floor crying and screaming what do I do? Pain killers are not working I really need help???

I have had this pain for 3 weeks now and am unable to move my right shoulder. The er doc said its a torn ligament but dont have money for an MRI and really cant afford surgery I dont know what to do or who to see. I cant even pick up or play with my 3 year old daughter..Please help me?
