bad pain in testis

hi i'm 13 and when i was on holiday about 2 years ago i was hit very hard in the groin. about 3 days later i started having a bad pain in my testis; i also noticed a lump on the bottom of my testicle. after about a year, i eventually worked up the courage to go to the doctor about it and he said it was probably just a cyst. it's been half a year since then and i'm getting worried. i have recently noticed a lump on each fo my nipples. they are both on the center of the nipple and if i dont touch them for a while, they shrink and sometimes i cant feel them. i get occasional pains in both areas.
i convinced myself it was a cyst and then the two lumps were just natural as they were both in the same place on each nipple but can a cyst really last two years? and i thought the two lumps were a little too coincidental.
please help i dont know what it is.
