hi i am 36 3days pregnant with my second child. I went and saw my midwife and she said the babies head is 2/5ths engaged and she could come soon, anyway for the past 2 days i have woken up in the morning and have had really bad diarrhaor and after really bad period like pains with bad back ache. The pain hurts more when i walk or stand as i then get sharp pains in between my legs and it makes me want to squat on the floor as i start cramping again. The pain seems more on my right side which is where my babies body is also the kicks are really painful for me as my stomach is really sore. Should i got to hospital if this carries on. (Sorry for the tmi.)

Yes you need to go to the doctor immediatly, in case the fetus is in distress. This could even be early labor
