Q: Bad headache

I suffer from bad migraines, but I havent had any for about 5 fives all of a sudden they have come back only this time. I get a severe pain by my right temple which makes my eyes go crossed and this lasts for about 3/4 minute once the pain goes my eyes seem to see straight again.

Is this something to worry about???
