Q: Bad headache for three days

It started on Tuesday..I got a shard pain above my right eye for a while took some motrin was ok....Wed. @ work got another head ache took some motrin was ok...today head ache as soon as i got into work...took a motrin was ok...left @ 5 have had a head ache since all over and some nausea...what could this be? I work with computers and I think i am due for my period soon....I am a pretty healthy 20 yr old girl
