My girlfriend has had bad dreams and nightmares for the past couple months, there hasnt been a single night where she has had a complete full night sleep. From what I gathered this is not post traumatic syndrome, she has bad dreams that wake her up but she never remembers them, she has multiple dreams during a night. Becuase of this she feels always weak and tired during the day. From what I saw it seems to me that she falls into REM very quickly, she seems like she is sleeping peacefully but she is always have bad dreams. Is there any reason for this? how can she stop these bad dreams. She was laid of recently and I know that she has been under stress due to money reasons. any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
