This sounds as a case of Irritable bowel syndrome.
Hypersensitive gut is an underlying disorder of this condition.
Its main symptoms are abdominal pain and changed form and frequency of bowel movements.
In the diarrhea predominant IBS form, diarrhea typically occurs immediately after a meal or when getting up in the morning, and there is often mucus in the stool.
You may feel urgency to have a bowel movement and after having one you may feel like you haven't complete it.
The abdominal discomfort of an irritable bowel ranges from sharp, cramping-like pains to a continuous, dull ache.
It appears usually after a meal and can be eased by having a bowel movement.
The lower left part of the abdomen may be tender to the touch, and you may feel back pain, urination problems and fatigue.

Best wishes!

Welcome to the site. I have to agree with Marija. It does sound like Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is assumed that IBS is caused from stress. My advice to you would be to stay away from greasy, gassy, and fried foods. You might want to google IBS and learn as much as you can about the types of foods to stay away from. I've been dealing with this for years so if you have any questions I'm here.

are you eating right! do you eat green vegetables, and fresh fruit.
i get diarrhea once in a while, but i dont really eat right. i avoid eating vegetables and fruits even though i have it in my refrigerator. some days i eat it and most of the time i dont.
you can also increase your fiber intake by buying something like fiber choice, and taking vitamins.
and i would also see a doctor.
