I didn't get a period this month. I only spotted for about two days, and it was a brownish color. That was about two to three weeks ago. My discharge has been extremely increased and thick, my mood constantly changes, I'm more tired than ever, but I can't sleep very well, my lower back hurts, I feel bloated all the time, I eat constantly even though I feel somewhat full, I get dizzy and nauseous all the time, I get heartburns frequently, and I suddenly gained weight but only in my lower stomach, which feels really swollen and hard for some odd reason. My breasts haven't hurt or gotten swollen, but for the past couple of days, I've been having really bad cramps. I took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative. I'll "feel" pregnant, but then other days I just don't feel myself. I'm supposed to go back to the clinic on Friday. I was told that because I was on the Depo birth control shot for so long (I've been off of it for about 6-8 months now) I could possibly not get pregnant for a couple of years. Then I was told that I could get pregnant, but lose the baby almost immediately. Should I be worried that I'm pregnant and it was lost, or is it just some other sign of a different health issue?
