For awhile now I have had really bad chills and then will feel really hot with no fever, I am tired all the time, will have constipation that last for days and then get really bad diarreah, and now I have this place on my lower leg that looks like a boil or abcess but doesn't have a head or puss but hurts with sharp pains and sometimes feels warm, I also get up in the mornings and alot of the time feel hungover but I don't drink. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

From the history described, the lesions described on the leg seem to be erythema nodosum.

Erythema nodosum is an inflammatory disorder that is characterized by tender, red nodules under the skin.

These lesions can be seen in a variety of conditions including streptococcal infections , other bacterial and spirochetal infections, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, drug reactions, etc.

The other systemic symtoms are nonspecific due to the associated inflammatory condition.

You might benefit by consulting your doctor or a rheumatologist for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
