bad breath and dry tongue

Hi doctors,

I have a very big problem right now, i observe that my badbreath is getting worst and my tounge is very dry.. . i cant go to the hospital to have chek.up because im illegal here in the country im staying.. what are the possible causes of this kong of illness? is there any medicine i could buy for this? please help me..i dont have confident now to talk to people because i think my breath is so bad. thank you so much..
