HI smacky, I have something similar I think.My clitoris get extremely sensitive to a painful point and i can't even bare to wipe when I go to the loo.I have a weird feeling inside the vagina as well,like arousal but it is more annoying and uncomfortable.I don't know if this is the same as you but I put mine down to PTLS as with all my other problems.If you have not had a Tubal,maybe you have had kids not long ago,it may just be something from that.I am finding since my last baby 2 years ago that i am having fast and really intense g spot orgasms and i have not had them befor then.it could all just be related to childbirth.if not then i am stumped too.

I haven't had any children but I did go off birth control about 8 months ago and since then my cycles have been irregular and I think in my last cycle was the first time I ovulated. Since then I have had this uncomfortable arousal feeling like I described and I am engorged...have no idea why but it's not a good feeling! Thanks for replying.
