I all keep reading are things about misscarrying and preterm labor. Does anyone know if I can continue to have this and have a healthy baby? Is there something I can do to get rid of the smell until I can be treated? I am so worried about losing the baby!!!!!

hi
I believe I had what you are describing. Doctor said it wasn't terribly uncommon. They gave me penicillin during labor & delivery. Talk with your doctor to ease your mind.

BV in first trimester
My gut says to eat alot of alkaline foods, but there really isn't much you can do in the first trimester. BV in the first tri. can be dangerous, so make sure to be monitored by your doctor, or get a fetal heart monitor (its cheap to rent) to ease your mind.
