My son got Bacterial Meningitis (Y strain) even though he had the Manactra Vaccine 2 years prior. Thankfully he survived the disease. I am wondering if anyone else has been stricken with the illness after receiving the vaccine. We have contacted the maker of the vaccine (Sonofi Pasteur) several times but they are not willing to share much information with us.

Thank You.
