My partner recently had painful urination with burning and he went to the doctor. He said the doctor drew his blood and made him "pee in a cup" and told him he had a bacterial infection. He said that they gave him a shot and put him on Zithromax. I recently had a yeast infection and thought it was cleared up, but it is possible that it wasn't cleared up. Did he get this from me? What sort of bacterial infection did he get that requires a shot and the antibiotics? I am concerned as he thinks I slept with someone else.
