I had a baclofen pump implanted at the c-1 level in July, 2009. I am now having neck and shoulder pain also down my back. I can tell a differance as my muscles have loosened up but my discomfort is a major concern for me. Should I give it a little more time? also is possible to inject a pain medicine into my baclofen pump.
