backache with tenderness Posted: 05-16-08 17:22pm
Okay, I've been feeling upper and lower
backaches, stomach tenderness, breast
tenderness (blue veins and discoloration,
swelling), heart burn, dizzyness, fatigue,
pee 7-10 times a day, hungry. The only
symptoms i don't have are cravings or
nausea yet. I took two pregnancy tests
and they came up neg.
I've been having these symptoms when I
started ovulating and they haven't gone
away when I stoped. Can anyone helo me out
here??

My last period was on the 25th of last
month and was lighter than usual. Not long
after that (about8 days) I started to feel
as if I was ovulating, if it was
ovulating, I have been having lower and
upper back pain since then. There are two
times where I can see where I MIGHT have
gotten pregnant: a month ago(april 12th)
precisely or just a week and a half ago
(May 8th).
-Breasts hurt
-Heartburn
-peeing 7-10 times a day
-backpain, upper and lower
-Stomach pain

The best time to take a pregnancy test is
at the time you have missed your period.
Otherwise it is not a reliable result. And
they are pretty accurate because they
detect the hcg hormone and that hormone is
only secreted by the body when you are
pregnant.
I discovered last week I was pregnant and
I don't even have half the symptoms you
have. The only symptom I have is breast
tenderness. I have no fatigue and nor do I
pee 7 times a day. No aches at all!

If pregnancy is causing the symptoms you
have, your test would be positive.
Symptoms aren't indicative of pregnancy,
they could be so many other things.
Keep testing until your period starts or
you get a positive.

So if your period was Apr 25 then you
should test end of may (assuming you have
a regular cycle).

My cycle is pretty accurate. The only time
it wasn't was when I was at bootcamp last
September and I missed a month. So yea,
pretty regular.

Symptoms usually don't show up until there
is a high enough amount of hormone in your
body to trigger those symptoms, which is
also typically high enough to give you a
positive amount.
You probably didn't get pregnant on april
12th since you had your period a week and
a half later.
May 8th is a possibility. If so, you
should wait at least another week to take
a test (14 days after you had sex) or
until your missed period. The hormones
should show up by then.
