I have disk narrowing, 3 bulging disk 2 worst I also have degenerative disk disease with annular tear what can I do for this

i would get the help of two kinds of drs. first a surgeon who specializes in spine in order to get treatment plan which by the way would not necessarily involve surgery and second a pain dr. who can help you get some pain relief.....pete
