Hi.I'm 13 this year and have scoliosis. My condition is quite severe(about 44 and 52 degrees) and might have to undergo an operation soon. I'm trying my best to avoid having to take this operation by doing simple excercises like reaching up high and hanging on monkey bars for about 1 minute or so. But after I excercise, I will experience back pains. They are not really that painful till I can't sleep, but sort of like muscle cramps at my back. I really do not know if it is wrong or bad to experience this sort of pain especially when I have scoliosis. Please, if you have any tips on overcoming scoliosis, please feel free to comment on this. Thank you.

May I please know if having back pains with scoliosis is bad? Should I stop excercising(hanging on monkey bars) for a while and let my back rest? will it affect my condition and worsen it? Please leave a comment if you have any idea on this. Thanks!
