Q: Back pain when needing to urinate

I'm about 39-40 weeks pregnant and whenever i need to go pee i get really bad lower back pains and it goes around to the front of my stomach is this normal or what should i do?.....its been like this for maybe 2-3 weeks please help...........

it could be a kidney infection
i had one earlier in my pregnancy
and it was from a UTI that i didnt even know
I had until it went into my kidneys
