hi im a carer and have got some back pain to my right shoulder i no this is proberly from lifting the residents but what would be the best thing to take for it ??? an anti imflamerty ?

Extremely eHealthy
yes, an antiinflamatory drug would be good but if it continues for a few weeks i'd see your doc....pete
