I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. My back will start hurting (always on the lower left side) and of course I wake up and change positions. It is painful to change positions. My back feels like it is "stuck". Once I change positions, the pain will go away but it has started to hurt when I am in my new position. My left leg also hurts but not at night..only during the day. My back does bother me during the day as well. It will feel "heavy" or "sore" sometimes. I have been seeing a Chiropractor for the past two years and I am really not seeing any improvements. I will feel a little better in the short term from seeing him but it always comes back. This pain while I am sleeping is fairly new, I haven't experienced it the whole time. My main question is..Do I go back to chiropractor or see a MD? Thanks for any responses.

If the chiro is not working then you may want to try another route like an MD.

Have you considered decompression therapy?
