I am not sure what you mean in most of your post.
It is true that sitting in a chair for prolonged periods of time can result in lumbar spine problems as well as cervical spine problems.
those that use a computer all day, type all day can develop carpal tunnel syndrome as well as spinal problems.
I have no idea what you mean when you say "backache is a process of energy conservation". You do need good blood flow to your spine as you need good blood flow throughout your entire body.
Narrowing of the canal that goes through the vertebrae to allow the spinal nerves to pass through can prevent enough blood supply to get though to the nerves in the spine and adds to the nerve pain that comes with compression of the nerves. This is part of spinal stenosis that needs to be treated.
Your reasons for backache
1 COTINUOUS SITTING IN A CHAIR
can create spine problems and one should not sit for hours at a time if at all possible. Unfortunately, not everyone can prevent the number of hours that they have to sit.
Also, standing for too long at any one time can create just as much havoc with the spine, as can not moving properly, lifting objects incorrectly and many other types of movements.
2. LACKING OF AIR IN BACK MUCLES.
no idea what you mean by this.
3. EXCESS FAT.
Do you mean a person's weight? excess weight, especially around the middle of the body can put added strain on a person's spine and create problems, but it doen't do that for everyone.
Do you mean too much fat in the diet? If that is the case, excess fat isn't going to cause back pain or spinal problems but it is a health concern for other reasons
4. SPORTS INJURIES
A very common cause of back pain, low lumbar spine pain, cervical pain and many other types of injuries to joins and bones. These injuries need to be seen and treated properly by the appropriate type of orthopedic doctor.
5. ACHING JOINTS
If you mean that one joint is connected to another in how we move, then you are correct. For example, if a person has a problem with their knee and they can't move or walk correctly, then they put added strain on their spine and other muscles and joints in the body that can create a problem with the spine.
6. ARTHRITIS
both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis can create problems with the spine.
7. NOT PROPER SLEEPING
Do you mean not getting enough sleep? If that is the case, lack of sleep is not going to cause spine issues unless, because of lack of sleep, a person is doing more than they should incorrectly with or to their spine,
If you mean sleep positions, there are some theories that various positions that people sleep in can cause spine and back pain, that may be possible but has not really been proven fully.
If you mean the type of mattress a person sleeps on, that varies as well with each person and various types of mattresses are available for people to try and use. What has been found is that a hard mattress is not good for the spine.
8. CARRY OVER WEIGHT
Again not sure what that means, if you mean overweight or obese then that is true with some but not all people and that would be the same as number 3, excess fat, unless as I said in responding to number 3 and excess fat you mean a dietary intake and that is different and not going to cause backache and spine problems but is a health issue of another type.
9. LACK OF PROTEIN
Protein is important for the body to function properly, but one must be careful not to have too much protein as that can be just as bad if not worse than not having enough.
I personally do not believe that a low level of protein in the body will cause back pain.
10. HEAVY WEIGHT.
Isn't that the same as carry over weight and excess fat unless you mean something different for all 3 of these?
Your natural treatment of backache.
1. TAKE GOOD SLEEP
not sure what you mean. get enough sleep? lack of sleep isn't going to cause back pain.
2. GENTLE MESSAGE ON THE ACHING AREA
Sounds nice, but many, many people are in far to much pain to have gentle message of the area that hurts, unless it is a simple muscle strain.
It will not help serious spinal issues unless it is done by a trained physical therapist that is using ultrasound and properly trained massage techniques speicific to the spine problem that the person has.
3. WALK 3 KM DAILY
You have to be kidding with this idea. Have you ever had any serious "bachache, spine pain, nerve pain in your life?"
I would doubt you have, otherwise you wouldn't have made that statement.
People with serious spine pain, back pain, are having far to much pain to be able to walk 50 feet, let alone the distance you state.
You are saying people should walk almost 2 miles daily, 1,86 miles to be exact.
Someone with lumbar spinal stenosis is walking bent over, has nerve pain going down their leg, maybe into their feet and can barely walk, there is no way possible that they can walk the distance you are talking about. They are lucky they can walk around their house.
4. TAKE HUGE WATER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TAKE.
That is one of the most dangerous recommendations I have ever read. Too much water, as much as you can take can kill someone.
Water intoxication, medically known as hypnatremia can kill someone.
One should never drink water to excess, even over a period of a day. the very best indicator of how much water to drink and has been proven in studies out of Dartmouth Medical School, showed that drinking water according to your thirst, that is when you are thirsty is the rule of thumb to use and only use.
5. DO BACK EXERCISES
True that core strengthening exercises are important to everyone BUT, they need to be shown to a person how to do them correctly. Any back exercises will not work nor will doing them wrong or not doing the correct ones can cause serious harm to the spine, especially for someone that already has back pain and spinal issues.
