The majority of back pain can not be relieved with most therapy treatments. It also means that there are many pinched and dislocated nerves which need to be reset soonest otherwise it will get much worse. Not always, will surgery cure the problem/pain. Natural medicine is normally the first and best way to start.
If you can get a specialist in this field (very few in the world are around and know exactly well these proceedures) to reset those nerves, you will than feel much better. To remain without pain, you will have to do special exercises to strengthen those areas and you will live a normal life

Give these 2 stretches a try:

1a) "Static extension on elbows" (Do a Google search)
- To get your shoulders pulled back as well, pinch your shoulders together.
--- or ---
1b) "Static back 90-90 position" (Do a Google search)
- Put a rolled up towel of 2 soft foam balls under your lower back just below your beltline.
- In your case, you may find relief without using the balls.

Your spine is also probably shifter to one side because one hip is tighter than the other.
To stretch your hips:
2a) "Kneeling lunge stretch" (Do a Google search)
2b) "STANDING LUNGE STRETCH (Do a Google search)
- Front leg up on a step of chair will give a better front-of-hip stretch.

You will probably find one hip is tighter than the other.

If you are willing to try these, let me know how they work for you and I can suggest more.
