I've been on birthcontrol since I was 13. So bascially I read that birthcontrol prevents ovulation. Then I read that some women may experience some pain during ovulation. The reason I bring this is up is because I'm 20 and stopped my birthcontrol. Im ovulating I think? I have the discharge, the cramps, I'm really bloated, and I've had this horrible lower back pain that makes me want to cry. I'm wondering if all of this could be attributed to ovulating but I may be pregnant. I would be in the middle of my third week I think so I couldn't tell from a test because I have even missed my period yet. I've never had back pain this bad, I've never had cramps or been this bloated unless I was on my period and then it lasts two days not a week. I never have cramps the day before or any warning signs so this doesn't make much sense to me at all. Other things that have been happening is yes I've been more tired, just lazy lethargic feeling. I've been trying to eat but everytime I eat I get disgusted by food. I eat as much as I can till I'm like disgusted for some reason, so I haven't been eating alot but I am really hungry.

My main concern is the back pain, its lower pelvic back pain. It hurts so bad. I can never get comfortable whatever position I am in.

So what do you think..possibly pregnant/ovulating/or an obvious back problem although I've done nothing different to make it that way.

and if you want to add in your experience with early pregnancy symptoms. Much appriciated. Thank you

Sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection. Ovulation pains are much more subtle and pregnancy shouldn't cause any pain like that.

Pregnancy symptoms don't usually start until you miss your period. The same hormones that trigger a pregnancy test are the ones that cause the food aversions, the tiredness, the achy breasts, etc.
