Back pain symptoms may seem obvious. But do you know when symptoms of back pain are more serious or when to see a doctor? Learn what action to take & when...
I had a accident in work, jarred on a forklift, i had a lot of pain in my lower back.

after xrays and mri scans it showed 3 sliped discs and a disc buldge, after seeing several specialists none of them can diagnose why i have so much pain as the injuries dont show any reason for it. After a year i still have a lot of pain in my lower back, cannot straighten my back and cannot place my right foot on the floor.

I have a burning itching pain that shoots up my right leg, also pain in my right hip. I cannot sit for long or stand for long due to the pain.

I have had to give up the pain meds due to them making me very depresed and confused, my memory is not very good anymore.

Also i feel sick most of the time, lost my appitite and have what can only be described as a feeling of a lump in my stomach.

Three slipped discs is PLENTY of reason to have back pain. You could have some success by doing the correct gentle stretches which will get the discs to go back into place like:
1) Static extension on elbows (Do a Google search).
or
2) Static back (Do a Google search).
- But put a rolled up towel under your lower back.

Sounds like your hips are twisted. Try "Static Back" as above but put a pillow or yoga block between your knees and SQUEEZE for 2 seconds / relax for 2 seconds.

If these help, you know you are on the right track.
