hi im 39 weeks pregnant, since yesterday ive had awful back pain which hasnt been relieved by painkillers, im also getting aching pains round the sides and underneath bump, also waves ov nauseaus feelings and just a general crap feeling, and increased vaginal discharge, could this be very early symtoms of labour??

Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms do suggest possibility of labour pains starting. Visit the maternity room and get a check done especially for the wellbeing of the baby by getting a fetal doppler or an NST (non stress test) or CST (continuous stress test) done to see effect of the contractions on the baby.
Do not delay your visit to your gynecologist/maternity room.
