Hello and welcome to e health forum.

From the description of your symptoms, you might be having a multitude of problems most of which might be very benign.

The best way to assess the situation would be to do few simple blood tests - complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests which will detect most conditions causing your symptoms.

Further studies can be tailored according to the outcome of the above tests.

You might consult your treating doctor or a Internist for a physical examination and further treatment.

I hope this helps.
