Q: Back pain and shortness of breath

Question I am just into my tenth week of pregnancy and experiencing over all back pain but severe at the upper left side at the bra level. Also experiencing shortness of breath. What could be causing this?

i dont know have you consulted a doctor about this if so what did he say? do you have any other preexisting medical complaints?
