i have an back pain as am working in front of computer for twelve hours per day,befor one week i had gastric problem,now from yesterday i head is paining mainly on the left back side and also my right side and left side of my lung also been paining and too i feel sleepy(as i go to sleep by 10.00pm and wake up by 6.00 am)

None of the symptoms that you describe are specific to colon cancer. The only way to diagnose colon cancer is to undergo a colonoscopy.
