for the last 3 weeks, ive been having pregnancy symptoms, ive taken tests and they all r negative. even people i am around on a daily basis are telling me i am pregnant and look pregnant. my boobs are swollen and tender most days, i have slight back pains and i get nauseated easily and im exhausted all the time. im very emotional. about 2 1/2 months ago i took 3 test and they came back negative so i was happy, but now all of a sudden im having all the signs of being pregnant but i have gotten my period, its not normal, this past time it lasted 2 days the time before that 3 days. I dont want to wait any longer due to i could be almost 3 months pregnant and not know it. My tummy is getting round and it hurts sometimes when i have jeans on that are tight against it. when i lay on my tummy sometimes it hurts. I am a mother of 2 boys and i knew at conception i was pregnant this time im so unsure i dont know what to do. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME..

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Take a blood pregnancy test and if it is a three month pregnancy, then your gynecologist can also do an ultrasound abdominal way. Other than that hypothyroidism, PCOD and hormone imbalance can also cause pregnancy like symptoms along with weight gain.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist once and get yourself investigated accordingly. Hope this helps. Take care!
