For the last year my symptoms have gotten worse and worse. To give some background history I have or have had the following: HELLP syndrome when I was pregnant with two of my children, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Autoimmune Disorder, Hypertension, Migraines, pain and throbbing behind my eyes, hearing problems with my right ear (since I was a child), Superventricular Tachycardia (had stents put in my heart in 2008), mytrovalve prolapse, chronic bronchitus, chronic pneumonia, chronic sinusitus, pneurocardio genic syncope, late onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia 11 beta hydroxylaise, hypoglycemia, and so on so forth. Now to current day, I have the above problems plus these symptoms:

Back
1. lower left- stabbing, throbbing pain around to abdomen
2. lower right- dull aching pain that continues to abdomen
3. upper left- shooting, stabbing pain that goes through to my chest causing chest pain and also causes tingling and numbness in my left arm and left leg (left leg goes numb and gives on me sometimes)
4. upper right- shooting pain that continues around to my chest

Head
1. constant headaches/migraines
2. constant pain behind either my left or right eye, sometimes both
3. dizziness, fainting, insomnia (troubling getting to sleep, trouble staying asleep)
4. dark bulge type "cyst" like lump under skin, hard (rock like) painful above right ear upper ridge near hair line, near where the upper ridge of ear connects to skull. It is dark black/red (I know its bad to do but I tried to pop it to no avail so its not of the "pimple" variety and its not a mole or wart) Very solid mass that only emits blood, no puss, black mass is the full extent of the bulge not just the center and is deep like it is rooted. Only noticed this mass a couple of days ago.

Neck
1. constant pain in my neck, head always feels "heavy"
2. pain is sometimes like being shocked with electricity
3. cyst like lumps on my neck that have been there for about ten years, getting extremely big, hard, round, with white solid center, hurt to touch, sometimes emit white substance, all around neck.

Torso
1. flat, sometimes hard round masses all along torso and stomache and breasts that have indented caved in middles that are dark like a black hole version of a cyst

Abdomen
1. always tender, protruding
2. have gained over 20-40 lbs in the last six months

*note* confirmed negative for pregnancy via blood tests, mri and ultrasound

Bowls have changed are usually hard and hurt, hurts to pee, kidneys hurt all the time, in a CT scan hospital has found calcium deposits but have not confirmed or denyed hypercalcemia. Doctors are split down the middle, some believe its in my head, others can tell that YES I am in real pain and its affecting every part of my life. It has taken a year to talk my PCP into referring me to an Orthopedic Specialist. MRI show's in lower lumbar are L1-2 is a herniated bulging disk with slight narrowing of spinal area but stated that it was not "significant" and was basically "normal". This pain has caused me to be constantly in the hospital. I'm being referred to a pain management specialist but I would just like someone to review the information above and give me an idea of what may be going on? Any ideas?

Blood pressure is always extremely higher on right side of body then left side of body. (ie left side will read 150/110 right side will read 190/140)
