Hi, I have been having very severe back pain running down the middle of my back, and I have been very dizzy lately. The back pain has been going on for a few weeks now, and the dizziness has just recently started to be very noticeable. The pain only happens at night, but my dizziness lasts all day. I am getting worried about my lack of sleep, and if something serious might be happening. I would really like to know what is going on with my body.

Have you gone to your doctor yet?

If not, you need to be seen by your primary doctor right away. that is the only way to find out what is going on.
