hello everyone! good day!
i'm a 20 year old boy and i masturbate every day about 1 to 3 times...and i experience middle to lower back pain every after i masturbate..i just want to know if my back pain every after masturbating is cause of may excessive masturbation....hoping for your reply fellas..thank you..

masturbation does not cause back pain, unless you are straining muscles.

If you are concerned about a problem with your spine, go see your primary care doctor, the one you see for regular checkups and talk to him/her about your concerns.

Inability to have an erection. You should discuss these concerns with your physician if you are having problems or believe that you may be having problems.
