Q: back pain after hysterectomy

I had a TAH on 02/23/2009 so I am almost 3 weeks after my surgery. I am starting to have alot of back pain and pain in the back of my legs is that a normal part of this type of surgery?

Back pain has been reported to be associated with hysterectomy. Now as with leg pains...I don't believe so however I am uncertain.

I would definately mention both of these to your doctor especially the leg pain....
