Hi I had a fall 2 days ago and fell hard on my lower back/coccyx area. I have had some xrays but my doctor has gone on holidays!!

I have had the following report from a radiologist, can someone please explain??

There is a mild lumbar scoliosis convex to the left. The lumbar vertebral bodies are normal in height and there is no compression fracture. Disc heights are preserved. No spondylolisthesis is seen although there is a possibility of a pars defect at L5 noted on lateral view. The facet joints appear within normal limits. No transverse process abnormality. No fracture of the upper sacrum. The SI joints appear within normal limits.

I am in severe pain, so is the above diagnosis related to my fall or have I just severely bruised my coccyx?

Many thanks

Melanie
