Your father either needs to return to the spine surgeon that operated on him a year ago or see a different spine surgeon for a new evaluation to determine what is causing his pain.

back pain after bone removal surgery
Hi there

Get him to massage the bony knobs on the back of the pelvis (PSIS's) to reset his lower back muscle energy. All the lower back muscles need Vitamin E for proper function and the tendons of those muscles need vitamin C. So do the ligaments. Those vitamins will accelerate the healing processes and the formation of collagen, the raw material for the manufacturing of connective tissue.
I recommend your dad take 1500 mg of Vit. E with the main meal, and 3000 mg of Vitamin C in small doses throughout the day.
Don't, have another operation. After the first operation your chances of success in a second are only about 50%, and no money back if it didn't work.

Good luck
