back on pill.. werid bleeding

I took a month off the pill microgynon 30 i started again in january, the 10th i missed 2 pills after i took the first one. and started taking them again 12th. i missed one in the week after and one week after.. i had sex around that time.
i was ovalating on 16th i had sex around this time.. on the 27th i started bleeding even though i was still taking the pill a week earlier. it started off as brown spotting, then went to red spotting then i had a normal clumpy period for 2/3 days then it went back to light light spotting. i bleed for 9 days in total..
my normal cycle is 30 days so it would be 2 weeks early. i had cramps at the beginning of spotting then they dissappeared for few days then when started spotting again they started again.
its now 10th feb still getting these cramps. i stopped taking pill and no withdrawal bleed.
im getting achy pain under my right boob, my nipples are more sensitive. i have taken 2 tests one today and one 3 days ago all negative. its been 3 weeks since the bleeding started
slightly confused
my cervix is low and hard closed but alot of discharge. i should start ovalating again on sunday so my cervix should be getting higher but hasnt moved in days

im 19 and healthy
