During sex while doing it \\\"doggy\\\" style my partner was going so hard that my back started to curve in the shape of a u until I finally had to stop him because it became very painful. Now days later I cannot walk with out pain in the thoracic vertebra of my spine, and it feels like it is being crushed. Its become difficult to run, and to exercise. I recently discovered that throwing something as simple as a ball causes extreme amounts of pain. What is wrong with my back? Really desperate to find out

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

The pain in the back can be due to muscle pull or strain. Use a hot water bottle while sleeping and apply a local analgesic cream. You can also take an OTC pain killer. See if this treatment helps in a day or two. If it does not help, then an X-ray of the spine should be taken and you may also need a MRI. You will then need to consult an orthopedic specialist. Hope this helps. Take care!
