I have been having pain in my lower left back side and burning itchy pain in my frontal thighs and frontal part of my legs (especially left leg. Sometimes my feet go numb and feel tingling sensations as well. Surprisingly when I pull off my clothes when I visit the bathroom those pains disappear. They are worse in the afternoon and less at night and morning. I also feel as if something is stuck in my throat with soreness at the left back side of the throat. My stool is loose and shows particles of undigested food especially vegetables. On some days I wake up with sore tongue. This has been on for 6 months now. I have anxiety over a possible hiv exposure from a condom break in a sexual act with a prostitute. I took an hiv test at 39 days and it came out negative. Since then I have been afraid to take a repeat test. Could this be hiv or anxiety. Please help me anxiety is really killing me.

I have constant pain in or on my left thigh. Constant pain is medium but unusual positing of the leg causes great pain.
