I have really bad cramps in my kidney area... I'm pretty sure it's not a kidney infection (i know what those feel like) and it's like a period cramp, only higher up... what could this be? is it just stretching from my growing baby? or is it something else more serious? I'm in so much pain most of the time i don't want to leave my bed or even move... please, if anyone has any clue to what's going on with my body, please, please, please help...

you should have this looked at. Sometimes urine can reflux back into the kidneys when you're pregnant. If too much fluid is in the kidneys, this can compress the tissue and damage them. A simple ultrasound can confirm this.
