Currently I have been experiencing bad nausea and random back pains for the past 5 days. I have been to my doctor as well as the hospital and undergone many tests and all of them have come out clear. The pain in my back is not muscle pain for I am well aware of how that feels compared to this. I am currently leaning towards a kidney infection but I don't understand why the doctors have not found anything of the sort in the tests. If anyone can help me it is greatly appreciated.

Did they take a urine sample? What about an abdominal ultrasound to check your kidneys and gallbladder?

Do you have any other symptoms like a cough, pain when after you eat, pain when you push under your ribs on the right side, shoulder pain, pain with urination, blood in your urine, etc?

they did take a urine sample when i was at the doctors and said that there could be a track of an infection and sent it off but when i went to the hospital they found nothing.
There really aren't any other symptoms other than the nausea and back pains.

Before i found out i had kidney stones. i had bad pain in my stomach. i kept going to the doctors and the kept telling me they coldnt find nothing. after about 4 months of complaining i started getting pain in my back. my lower back where my kidneys r. the dcotors dtill kept telling me they couldnt find nothing. i switched doctors and they did a kidney ultrasound and found that i had a 6mm kidney stone in my right kidney. they also told me that the tube that goes to my kidney was blocked. so maybe you should switch doctors and ask for the ultrasound. because your kidneys are nothing to play with they can kill you.
